The Electac fixed position single operator extraction systems with self supporting extractor arms to capture the fumes/dust at source are an ideal way to capture fumes.

The arms can swivel up to 360 degrees (dependant on fixings) & have full movements vertically. In addition, the capture nozzle has two planes of movement. This enables operation from the full radius of the arm to just under the arm mounting.

Arms can be specified with a working radious of 1.5 metres up to 5 metres & with the addition of a stand off bracket the total reach can be extended to 7 metres.

The fans are from our robust P range with several sizes & various motor powers available.

In addition to being able to simply exhaust the fumes out to atmosphere, filter modules are available that enable the fumes to be filtered & the cleaned air returned to the work area.
